Contact form and email

When you contact us through the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, company, email address, topic, message; for the quick check also phone number, website address and your answers on industry and current situation) to answer your request. Form submissions are sent to us by email and stored in our mailbox.

To prevent abuse, the IP address is briefly stored in shortened and hashed form when you submit, to limit repeated requests in a short time. These entries are deleted after 24 hours at the latest.

We keep requests as long as needed to handle them and to meet any statutory retention obligations.

Orders of the NFC review card

When you order NFC review cards or request a quote, we process the details from the order form: company, name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery and billing address, the link to your Google review page, the quantity, your note and, if you upload one, your design file. We use these details to program, deliver and invoice the cards and to contact you about your order.

The details are sent to us by email and stored in our mailbox. A design file is only sent as an attachment to this email and is not stored on the web server. We send a confirmation to your email address. For delivery we pass your name and delivery address to Swiss Post, and for the invoice we enter the necessary details into our invoicing software. Abuse protection works as for the contact form.

We keep orders and invoices as long as statutory retention obligations require, usually 10 years.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When the website is accessed, the server stores technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type in log files. This data serves the secure operation of the website.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and videos are loaded from our own server. Settings such as "sound on or off" are stored only locally in your browser.

This website contains links to third-party websites, for example spot-map.com. Their privacy policies apply to their data processing.
