Terms and conditions

Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to orders of the NFC review card placed through the website e2hxtech.com with E2HX Tech GmbH, Schützenweg 2, 3296 Arch, Switzerland («E2HX»). Other terms apply only if E2HX agrees to them in writing.

Conclusion of the contract

The information on the website is not a binding offer. By submitting the order form you place a binding order. You then automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

The contract is concluded when E2HX confirms the order explicitly, at the latest when it sends the invoice. E2HX may decline an order, for example if the link provided does not lead to a Google review page.

Requests for a custom design and for 50 cards or more are non-binding. The contract is concluded only when you accept the quote from E2HX.

Prices

The prices at the time of the order apply, in Swiss francs: CHF 40 per card for 1 to 9 cards and CHF 30 per card from 10 cards. For 50 cards or more and for a custom design, E2HX prepares an individual quote.

Shipping by A-Post to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is included in the price. E2HX does not charge VAT.

Service

E2HX programs every card to the link to the Google review page you provide, locks it against overwriting and tests it before shipping. Before programming, E2HX checks that the link leads to a Google review page.

The card opens the review page on smartphones with NFC switched on. The review page itself is operated by Google. E2HX has no influence on whether or how many reviews are left, nor on changes Google makes to its services.

Your details and the Google link

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, in particular the link to your Google review page.

Because every card is locked, the stored link can no longer be changed afterwards. If a card cannot be used because of incorrect details, or if your link changes later, for example because of a new Business Profile, new cards are needed. E2HX charges for these as agreed with you.

Custom design

For a custom design you send E2HX your logo or artwork. E2HX sends you a quote and a print proof. Production starts only after your approval.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the logos, images and texts you supply.

Delivery

E2HX ships the cards by A-Post to Switzerland and Liechtenstein once payment is received. Delivery to other countries is possible on request.

A-Post items are delivered without tracking. If your cards do not arrive, please contact E2HX. E2HX sends you a replacement free of charge.

Payment

You pay in advance by invoice. The invoice is due within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction. E2HX programs and ships the cards once payment is received.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge as long as the cards have not yet been programmed or shipped. To do so, write to info@e2hxtech.com. If you have already paid, E2HX refunds the amount.

Cards with a custom design can no longer be cancelled once you have approved the print proof.

Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online orders.

Warranty

If a card does not work, E2HX replaces it free of charge within 24 months of delivery. Report the defect to info@e2hxtech.com. Damage caused by improper handling is excluded.

Further warranty claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

E2HX is liable for damage only in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Data protection

How E2HX processes your details is described in the privacy policy.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of E2HX Tech GmbH.
